Ajay and Bhola are inseparable friends. Inseparable in their joys and sorrows, inseparable in their follies. They form the duo of the inseparable  Trio. The third quotient being the unwelcome troubles. Troubles of all sorts; financial mainly stick to Ajay and Bhola as their birth marks. Much as they desire to be rid of them, troubles don't leave them.

Ajay and Bhola are simple and honest people whose demands on life are not very taxing. All that they want from life is a break. A chance to make their careers.A chance to become rich and famous people.A chance to settle down in life.

The chance comes to them in the form and shape of an advertisement concerning an old millionaire-Seth Girdharlal. The old man has vanished from the scene, a number of years back and legally speaking, will be presumed dead if he does not appear himself or if his whereabouts are not known for a further period of fifteen days. In such event, the old man's millions are to go to the old man's surviving partners. A huge reward is announced for any one who finds the old man within the stipulated time.

For Ajay and Bhola, this advertisement seems to be God's way of helping them finally. Only if they can find the missing millionaire, their troubles will be over. Ajay can marry his beloved Deepa and Bhola can fulfill the dreams of becoming a film producer. Yes. They could do all that, only if they can find the old man before any one else lays hands on him.

And as luck would have it they do find the old man before any one else. They heave a big sigh of relief as they think this is the end of their troubles. Little do they know then that it is only the beginning......
